How Payments Work
- Fees are paid monthly, in advance, by the 1st of each month.
- We accept cash payments or Direct Debit (Weekly or Monthly Direct Debit).
- Billing is fixed at 4 weeks per calendar month for consistency.
- No fee is charged for the month of August.
- A £25 admin fee applies to late or failed payments.
- Please give 30 days' notice to pause, change or cancel your plan.

The Academy is open for 44 weeks a year (closed for 8 weeks). Our term times are designed around the needs of the children.

Do you offer a sibling discount?+
Yes. We offer 10% off for your second child and 20% off for your third child.
Are there any fees when we join?+
There is a one-off £50 administration fee per family, paid at registration, and a fixed £100 deposit. The deposit is refundable and is returned when your place falls vacant with 30 days' notice.
Can we get help paying tuition fees?+
